So I am going to be obnoxious and talk about the thing I wrote in the title second. I GOT INTO READING CHOIR AT ALL STATE!!!! and so did my friend Sofia! I found out in the middle of my AP US History class and I had a substitute in that class, and I made the most unearthly scream of joy when I pulled up the PDF on my iPhone and I saw Sofia's name and then my name. I am so happy for both of us, we are going to have a blast, plus this means we won't have to freak out over learning the music the day the of the second audition. So reading choir is basically the choir you get into if you can sight read very well, and we spent all the rehearsals sight reading music which is super tiring, but we don't have to rehearse as much as the other people. So YAY!!!!
Now to the thing all of you want to hear about...my choir concert!!! It was on friday and it was tons of fun. It was my first concert as tenor section leader, and it was pretty cool. Plus the tenors sounded pretty great, if I do say so myself. I always get pretty hyper right before a concert, so at almost every concert I take tons of pictures with my friends.
