Blankie Feelings

So I recently, as of 6 days ago, finished my Circley Blanket of Wonderfulness, and I have been bringing it to school, here are some pictures:

I was carrying it around for a couple of days during this week, and it made me really think about what it is like to do this, and how weird it is that I am carrying a blanket around school. I am sure all of you reading think that I am pretty weird for doing that, but at my school I am the norm. A fair population of the school is daily wearing pajamas to school, and not bringing a blanket is kind of weird. Of course I am still pretty unique because I make my own blankets. But it is still kind of odd to see a bunch of teenagers walking, more like strutting, around downtown Miami with blankets in pajamas. I feel like a super sassy Lionel from The Peanuts except with super fabulous hand made blankets.

So I guess that is the end of the story. When I bring my blankie to school, I am instantly transformed into a fabulous Lionel, not too bad.
